There is a lot of things they don't tell you when you get your first suit. Or maybe they do tell you and I was too ignorant to notice, too caught up in my own fantasies
The first thing is that they touch you. They touch you to figure out your suit size to tailor it to you, which is nice I guess, especially considering that I know jack and shit about my shirt size. Still it was something of a surprise when the nice old manager began to measure my waist. Enought of a surprise that my dad called it "Old Lady saw a mouse scream loud"
Kinda like that
Another thing they don't tell you as that you do not really look all that cool when trying on a suit, especially without the tie and white undershirt, and especially with the like, elf shoes they give you. I think I came out looking better than most, thought my brother managed to avoid this curse with his curved over haircut. The vest he got managed to totally fit his look.
Also suits are kinda weird to have on you, they even cause you to be kinda itchy after the fact
